Yeah, its crazy to be talking about '09 already, but all of you know how it is. When you roll in the custom auto world Time is faster than a FC with a twin turbo package. Think about it, IF you don't count the month of August...The start of the next car show season is only 7 months away!..Thats NO time when it comes to upgrading rides and getting quality team equipment. I was thinking about what actual Team equipment we need for shows and events for the up-coming 09 season?

With today's F**ked up economy, I definitely see a lot more "out-door" events over that of large convention center deals. Even with the larger industry level shows. NOPI is out, with no indication of returning in 09, and HIN is basically switching their format to all Night-Shift events, which are held outdoors. Xtreme rides, Street Wheelz, Waterfest, Battle of the Imports, and others are all held outdoors. The only few exceptions are the OC Car Show, Funkmaster Flex, Wheel Concepts, and a small amount of others. Our new schedule will probably be a 80% outdoors / 20% indoors. So, I'm feeling we should definitely focus on comfortable outdoor set ups that can easily be set up indoors as well.

Primary upgrading, upkeeping, and modding focus MUST remain targeted towards our rides, so our equipment should be simple, to the point , and most of all ..EASY to move.

My suggestion...
1. A Team Fusion Modified Tent... 12 x 12
1. Team Coolers ( I can have coolers wrapped with the team logo )

well we could do signs for each spacific car. That basically has the information that is on your spacific page on the website. I would like to get a small tv that plays dvd's to take with us so once I get some moving footage and pics of out Team Fusion Modified cars I can make a video we can play for people to view when they come to our area.

Other team don't have this and I feel the video and the boards lt you get to know the owner of the vehicles even if they are not there by their car/cars.

Both are excellent ideas.
Its a GREAT idea to have more than one banner for such instances that Angela brought up. The next banner, the team should chip in on and get. I paid 126.00 for the one we already have. See if some funds can be gathered up from members on the team for the next banner.

Individual floor style banners for each ride is a Da*mn solid idea as well and we should go through with it.
As far as the TV idea, that would be Great for all indoor events, but with the economy the way it is, we have to tally up the amount of actual indoor shows that will be around in 09. I know the Flex shows are mostly all indoors in the areas of OC and Edision. The OC car show itself is alway indoors. Wheels Concepts as well is indoors in Edison. The majority of events are going to be on the outside in 09 including HIN which is moving to all outside Nightshift events. Maybe we can run a generator for the outdoors?
