Wow...The Dodge Class @ Car Shows...Its always hard on me when I actually compete. Neons, Chargers, Magnums. Not to mention if the show decides to mix Dodge with Chrysler. Then I'm fighting against 300s and rides like that.
Now , all this is cool, because its the nature of the game and it will only force a REAL competitor into stepping up his game hard. But I still don't think the judges actually realize, or take in consideration the actual different steps one must take if they have a ride that is NOT strongly supported by the aftermarket. This verses those who do have strong support from the aftermarket world. Most of these judges still don't realize the difference between that of bolt on verses that of "Fabricated or Custom"... They will NEVER understand modificatons and customized work that is blended so well that it looks stock, so they will easily write it off as stock if they are not educated by the owner.... This is why its very imported for current and future Fusion Modified members to make sure that when being judged, the individual judging your ride is WELL educated on any difficult or special steps you had to take in order to get your ride looking the way it looks. That just might be the "eye-opener" to getting their respect and landing you a trophy!
